SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by AgentAngel.io™ ("AgentAngel," "we," "us") on behalf of the local service businesses that use our AI call-answering and missed-call text-back platform. By providing your mobile number to a business that uses AgentAngel, or by calling such a business, you agree to these SMS Terms.

To stop messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@agentangel.io. Message and data rates may apply.

1. Consent

When you call a business that uses AgentAngel and the call is not answered, or when you provide your mobile number to such a business, you consent to receive text messages from AgentAngel on that business's behalf relating to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See our SMS Opt-In page for how consent is obtained and sample messages.

2. Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, provide your number again or reply START.

4. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

5. Your information

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

6. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
